In-person counselling
in London

I see clients in person near Liverpool Street, which works well for people coming from east London, the City, and across the wider commuter belt.

London availability is limited. If you're interested in working together in person, get in touch to enquire or add yourself to the interest list and I'll contact you when a space opens up.

What I offer

I work with adults on a wide range of difficulties. Anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, and panic attacks. Depression and low mood. Trauma and PTSD, including childhood trauma and sexual abuse. Burnout and work-related stress. Low self-esteem and low self-confidence. Relationship difficulties, attachment patterns, and losing yourself in relationships. Addiction and compulsive patterns. Grief and bereavement. Identity questions, including LGBTQ+ concerns and questions of belonging. Dissociation and the longer aftermath of difficult experiences.

I don't work from a fixed method. At the centre of everything is a genuine belief that you are the expert on your own life. My job is to follow your lead, ask questions that open things up, and name what needs naming when it needs naming.

If faith or spirituality matters to you, it can be part of the work. I'm comfortable working with neurodivergent clients and genuinely affirming of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities.

Fees

London sessions are on a sliding scale between £50 and £75. Cost should not be the reason someone doesn't come. Get in touch and we'll find something that works.

Also available

I offer online sessions across the UK and in-person sessions in Chelmsford, Essex, if either of those suits you better.
