Some people find it easier to talk when they're in the same room as someone, and having a set place to go each week can make the session feel like its own part of life, separate from home and work. If that's what you're looking for, I see clients in central Chelmsford, close enough to the station that it's easy to reach from across Essex and from along the line into London.
The people who come to me here are often worn out from holding things together, or working out where they belong, and many of them bring faith or spirituality into the room with them. Whatever brings you, I'll be curious about how you came to be where you are, and we'll work out together what might help.

Fees
In-person sessions in Chelmsford are 50 minutes, on a sliding scale from £45 to £75, and I'm available Tuesday to Saturday.
